Linker help summary should not mention -h

      When the linker is run from the command line with no arguments it begins ...

      % lnk2000

Usage: lnk2000 [-options] filename

Use 'lnk2000 -h <option>' for more information on a particular option.  Use
'lnk2000 -h <text>' to search options for information regarding <text>.

      That last paragraph about -h <option> is incorrect. The linker -h option says to make all global symbols static. When it is used to get more information about a particular option, confusing output is seen.
