As per the TRM table  Table 12-14138. CSI_RX_IF Programming requirements for pixel modes and data sizes, dual mode must be enabled for YUV422 8bit mode with 2 pixels per clock cycles.
Dual mode is hard coded to 0 in the driver, it must be set based YUV422 format and numStream0 variable.
