[SYSFW] Unable to set the MCU_TIMER2_TIMER_TCLK_CLK to 200MHz

    • Use MMCSD boot mode

      Tried to run the Can boot app on j721e in no boot mode (CCS). It was unable to set the clock rate of timer to 200MHz. But when tried with MMCSD boot mode, the clock frequency can be set to 200MHz. Same issue is seen on J784S4
