TVT: Unable to open up TDF file if the symbol file has been moved/renamed

      TVT is unable to open a saved TDF file if the symbol file has been moved or renamed. In cases like this, TVT will correctly ask for the location of the symbol file. But when the file location is specified, TVT does not display any information.
