      Timer frequency is hard coded in TIMERP_TIMER_FREQ_LO/TIMERP_TIMER_FREQ_HI macros in ti-processor-sdk-rtos-j721s2-evm-08_00_03_05\pdk_j721s2_08_00_03_25\packages\ti\osal\soc\j721s2\osal_soc.h file.

      It should be taken from the SciClient, as the clock source for the timer could be different.
