Improvements to the GPIO driver were done and the GPIO driver no longer uses the PIN driver.

The BLE examples have been fully migrated to user GPIO++.

Why the improvements were done?

• GPIO driver + PIN driver flexible but more complex
• PIN has a concept of ownership but no ownership at GPIO

Changes highlighted:

• PIN functionality added to GPIO
  • set_mux() hardware PIN control
  • Enable interrupts
  • Default values config in sysconfig and GPIO_reset()
• Faster bootup and response (no pin layer)
