The SysConfig GUI performance is poor when many GPIOs are defined. The GUI will lock up when trying to make changes to the file (add/remove drivers etc). It is unknown if it is specific to number of GPIO or if just having a file with many definitions in general will cause the issue. In any case the usability in this scenario is very poor.
