Bitfields show as changed when register has not changed

      This is occurring on C28x with continuous refresh enabled.

      Bitfields are not matching with the register value. Not only does the value not match the bitfield also shows as changed (highlighted in yellow) and the register does not. This is happening in a scenario where the register value is definitely not changing.
