When using an XDS110 debug probe, some F28069 GPIO pins will unexpectedly switch state for ~30us before erasing flash. This was observed my monitoring the GPIO pins in question.

The below GPIO pins have been reported to exhibit the issue:

GPIO 9
GPIO 10
GPIO 11
GPIO 13
GPIO 14
GPIO 20
GPIO 21
GPIO 23
GPIO 24
GPIO 25

This is not a comprehensive list. Other pins may also exhibit the issue but wasn't monitored.

The issue apparently only happens with the XDS110. In both reported cases, there are no issues when swapping out the XDS110 with an XDS100 or XDS510

The same issue also occurs when running the dbgjtag test via "Test Connection" button in the CCXML file.
