Copying a build configuration that uses hex utility will fail to build

    • Disable the hex utility prior to copying the configuration
    • Duplicate of CCSIDE-4096

      When copying a build configuration that uses the hex utility the resulting new configuration will not build.

      You will see the error:
      gmake: *** No rule to make target 'clean'.

      If you inspect the makefile that is generated it is blank. Does not seem to be dependent on the type of compiler used.
