UART instance 3-9 is are not working for MCU2_0 core in interrupt. Customer is using all the 10 instances on their board, instances 0-2 works fine but 3-9 does not work in interrupt mode. All the instances are working fine in polling mode. 

On EVM, UART 4, connected to serial console, is also not working in interrupt mode for MCU2_0 but works fine in polling mode.
