When the project properties are modified (ex. chanding abuild option like optimization level) and the project is configured auto-manage the target configuration, the target configuration is modified where extra blank lines are added in between each existing line. Additional lines are added every time the properties are changed. The extra lines do not impact actual functionality. However it is a headache for projects in version control since the target configuration is constantly updated for no real reason.

This issue does not occur with CCS 10.4
