      Environment:
      CCS 11.1.0
      Blackhawk XDS560v2 USB
      F28388D

      Issue:
      CCS will hang/crash when terminating a debug session while more than one CPU is still connected.

      Workaround:
      Disconnect CPUs before terminating the debug session

      Extra Notes:
      No issues with other debug probes like XDS110.
