[DSSM2M] DSS M2M driver does not return error for unsupported format

When DSS M2M driver is used for unsupported format, like FVID2_DF_RGBX24_8888, it should return error, if this is not supported.
But instead, driver configures RGB1555 format and runs it with this format. This gives wrong, unexpected output.
