[CSITX]: Infinite loop when initializing csitx driver, in lane ready function

      As a part of initialization, CSITX calls CsitxDrv_dphytxLaneReady. On customer board, this API hangs. Under what condition, lanes does not get ready? Also can we have timeout based mechanism with error returned from it, instead of busy waiting?
