SysConfig does not update the field "Complete Local Name" when changing the device name

      SysConfig does not automatically updating the field "Complete Local Name" (if activated) when changing the device name and disable the option to edit the "Complete Local Name".

      This feature was added which links the "Complete Local Name" to advertisement sets where applicable.
