A limitation of SysConfig prevents users from selecting both Authentication Only Pairing AND IO capabilities set to NoInputNoOutput.

Those who enable OOB pairing are especially impacted by this limitation. Currently, Authentication Only Pairing must be disabled for those using OOB pairing (since IO capabilities must be set to NoInputNoOutput) . As a result, when non-CCC compliant phones send a pairing request before the peer device receives OOB data, then it will just resolve to just work pairing due to the IO capability being set to NoInputNoOutput.

The above limitation was addressed and fixed.
