Dark Theme font in Project Explorer for items under source control is not visible

When using source control if an item is an uncommitted resource the font used in Project Explorer is black. This makes if very hard to read when in dark mode. The CCS dark theme should select a contrasting colour instead.

The setting is under Colors and Fonts, then under Git, Uncommitted Change (Foreground).
