Workaround:
After launching a debug session and connecting to the target, but PRIOR to loading the program, Add the expression "symbol_loader" to the Expressions view and change the value to "2". Then load the program.

Program is not being properly loaded to the correct load address which results in a verification error. This occured for a program where the load and run addresses differ. When looking at debugger logs, the load address is incorrectly reported as the same as the run address. This issue appears specific to big endian devices.

Issue was reproduced using a Hercules TMS570LS0432 LaunchPad via on-board XDS100v2.
