Call Hierarchy view may open a source file from wrong project context for shared source files

The Call Hierarchy view may open a source file from wrong project context in cases where multiple open projects share the same source file. Closing the other projects with refeference the same file will prevent this from happening. This issue is likely something inherited from Eclipse.
