Some Eclipse plug-ins such as Mylyn no longer work with CCS 11

      A workaround is to install the feature (Eclipse packaging project common feature) into CCS 11, using the stock Eclipse update site that matches the CCS 11 Eclipse version : http://download.eclipse.org/releases/2021-03/

      With this feature present, those Mylyn exceptions go away and it is possible to enable Mylyn in General -> Capabilities and open Tasks view.

      There were some external (to eclipse.org) packages that have been renamed and obsoleted and it looks like the Mylyn plugins have never been rebuilt to accommodate for these changes

      Note the comments regarding Mylyn needing to make changes. Currently these changes have not been made, hence it looks like Eclipse packaging has included what looks like a special feature to essentially dump all versions of these packages into the plugins directory, thus Eclipse CDT EPP package works.

      CCS does not have these features, as was never necessary before, thus Mylyn is missing those plugins and hence all exceptions encountered.
