Multiple streaming engine instructions can't go in the same execute packet. In other words, certain streaming engine instructions cannot go in parallel. There is a similar situation for certain streaming address generator instructions. (This doesn't include instructions that only use the SE or SA as an operand. This applies to command-like instructions such as SEOPEN and SAOPEN.)

The C7000 2.0.0 compiler was not honoring this restriction.
