Build of linear assembly file emits no diagnostics, but still fails with: >> Compilation failure

      % cl6x -@options.txt

>> Compilation failure

      Note the name of the source file is inside options.txt.  That is required for the failure to occur.  If the file name is moved from inside options.txt to the command line, then the build succeeds.
