Many local variables can not be displayed when debugging u-boot on AM335x (GCC symbols)

Many local variables can not be displayed when debugging u-boot on AM335x. The uboot program and debug symbols were generated with GCC. Many of the local variables do not appear in the Locals view and when entered in the Expressions view an error occurs saying that "the identifier is not found". Global variables are fine.

The issue occurs in both CCS 10.4 and CCS 11.0. Things improve a bit with CCS 11.0, but is still an issue.

The issue was reproduced on an AM335x EVM using CCS 11.0 on Ubuntu 18.04
