A host VS extension API and Controller update is required to allow the Host/Application to configure a Channel Map based on the Connection Handle. The API and related functional behaviour shall : 

• Perform the same Channel Map input validation as HCI_LE_Set_Host_Channel_Classification Bluetooth HCI Command
• Only utilize the specific Channel Map for the specified Connection Handle (assumes handle is valid)
• Not modify the default Channel Map or Channel Map for other connection(s), if applicable
