ET/ET++ does not work on CC1310 when in a debug session. No data appears to be collected and for ET+, none of the ET+ specific views will open. In addition, the CCS IDE will often hang, requiring a forced shutdown.

Only ET will work in a non-debug "standalone" session.

The issue was reproduced on a CC1310 LaunchPad using a external XDS110 debug probe connected to the 10-pin JTAG header on the LaunchPad.

Note: The on-board XDS110 of the CC1310 LaunchPad does not support ET++.
