Custom project .launch file should get refactored when copy and pasting a project via Project Explorer

In scenario of working with custom project .launch files where the .launch file for a project is manually created with a custom name, when a project is copied and pasted via Project Explorer, the copied project's .launch file is not refactored to account for the new project name and path. The copied launch configuration will then need to be manually updated so that it does not reference resources from the original project, but instead the new copied one.

If the copied project is then "debugged", a new launch configuration will be created with the same name as the project. The user will have the option to reusing existing debug settings. If that option is chosen, then then the new generated launch file should have the correct settings for everything. This may be a suitable workaround in some instances
