In sysbios, the idle task was updating the DDR bandwidth values.  However, this is not enabled in free rtos.  With free rtos and with sysbios, the DDR bandwidth values are also updated inside a task running from the graphical overlay generation for applications.  However, for the applications that do not have the graphic overlay, the DDR values will not populated.
