examples: MAC loopback app test causes abort in debug mode during restart

      An abort is observed in Enet loopback example built in 'debug' mode when running restart iteration #2. This issue doesn't happen on 'release' mode example image.

      The problem seems to be caused by CPSW clocks not reenabled which causes an abort upon any CPSW register access.
