Board_init internally calls Sciclient_init.
Application also calls Sciclient_init to initialize sciclient.
Board_init essentially reverts the changes done by sciclient_init as a part of the application.
Ideally Sciclient should not called by Board_init, or make it conditional, so that app parameters does not get reverted.
