[MESH] Input OOB doesn't function properly

  Test-Bed:
• eRPC node + provisioner (BlueZ/Android Phone)
  Application:
• The provisioner is either a BlueZ-5.58 or a nRF Mesh application
  Problem reproducibility:
• 100%.
  Problem description:
• When provisioning a node using input OOB, the provisioner shows a string/number that the user needs to input on the node.
• When doing so, after inputting the number/string the application isn't sending that data back to the provisioner as it should.
• This fails the provisioning process. 
  • Notes:
    • The Issue applies for both PB-ADV & PB-GATT
    • This doesn't happen with other OOB types (no/static/output OOB)
    • When using nRF Mesh application with input OOB configured, there is an option to provision with no OOB. when running the process this way issue doesn't reproduce.
      Steps to reproduce the issue:
• Configure eRPC mesh node with Input OOB & initiate provisioning process
