UTIL_NVWrite always returns Invalid Parameter

      When using the vendor specific command UTIL_NVWrite, the return event always contains the INVALIDPARAMETER status.

      Values tested:

      • 1 (0x01)
      • 100 (0x64)
      • 128 (0x80)
      • 80 (0x50)
      • 256 - pop up error
      1. Load host test hex (tested with CC1352R LaunchPad)
      2. Open BTool and let BTool initiate the device
      3. Go to Advanced commands -> Util -> UTIL_NVWrite
      4. Set the NV ID and and nvData and send the command.
      5. Observe the return event has a fail status: INVALIDPARAMETER
