Decline Reason:
CCS does not support switching of target configuration files and there is no option within the projectspec to set the correct target configuration file as Active based on the Build configuration

It is possible to use the option "exclude from build" for target configuration files. This is misleading because it can be interpreted that this ccxml file will not be used to launch a debug session when this is not the case.
