The debugger does not appear to support 40-bit address ranges for the cortex-a15. While the a15 is a 32-bit processor, it does support 40-bit LPAE. However, the debugger memory access appears is limited to 32-bit address range. This prevents proper configuration of the memory map for ranges beyond the 32-bit address space, and debug access to those memory regions in general.
