Description

When working with imported projects from a git repo and the host computer is rebooted, CCS will hang on launch. It appears that some of the git views must be open in the workbench, specifically the "Git Staging" view. The only way to recover from this is to delete the .metadata folder for the workspace (or use a new workspace).

This issue was reproduced on CCS 10.2.0 and 10.3.0.
