      A C++ file with lots of templates fails to compile and generates the following error:

      >>>> Optimizer terminated abnormally

>>>> ERROR - OUT OF MEMORY.
This is caused by a defect in the TI C/C++ Optimizer.

>> Compilation failure

      This error only occurs on the 32-bit Windows compiler.
