I2C Driver does not return error when camera/client is not available on the I2C bus

      I2C driver in PDK does not return any error even if the client is not available or disconnected. This is particularly observed when communicating with the camera. Even if the camera is not connected or not powered on, I2C driver returns success for the write operations.
