OSPI_Baremetal_Flash_Dma_TestApp fails on mpu1_0 in release mode.

The error is a UDMA channel config failure.

[UDMA] [Error] FQ ring alloc failed!!!
[UDMA] [Error] Channel resource allocation failed!!

Error not seen in debug binary. Release binary as well passes sometimes.
