When creating a new CCS project, the BIOS_CG_ROOT variable does not appear to get expanded properly when specified in the XDCpath package repo. For example, ${BIOS_CG_ROOT}/packages is set by the project wizard as the default XDCpath Package Repo.

Note the available platform list is empty.

When I add the absolute path as below, it is populated:

Once the project is created, it looks like the variable is populated correctly. I removed the absolute path and the project builds fine and the platform list remains populated
