AM64x M4: Core Trace UI exposes capabilities unsupported by hardware

The current trace UI exposes features that are not supported

• M3 shows menu entries for Core Trace and Profile/Code Coverage use cases which are not supported however
• M4 menus allow both Event Analysis and Core Trace views to be opened at the same time, but the hardware can only collect trace data for one or the other. To collect Core Trace the Event Analysis view must be closed.
• M4 Core Trace:
    o Only the following 3 Triggering cases are supported: TraceOn, TraceStart and TraceStop with a TraceStart.  This means whenever an start or stop address is entered, “Trace on from start” checkbox must be unchecked. Note that this implies that a stop address on its own is not supported. There must be at least one Start trigger.
    o Trace Filter is not supported
    o Global Timestamp is not supported
