Multiple configurations fail to build due to memory limitations:

BLESTACK-5120: host_test app with central and broadcast

BLESTACK-5121: host_test app with peripheral and observer

BLESTACK-5122: host_test app for PTS with central/bond/LDB1

BLESTACK-5482: host_test app for peripheral with testmode, bond, LDB1 and security level 4

BLESTACK-5150: host_test app for peripheral with pm, coc, bond and RCOSC

BLESTACK-5487: host_test app for peripheral with bond manager
