Problem description:

In certain cases, after the CC2642R running as a peripheral, receives a connection request from the central, it becomes unresponsive. E.g. after transmitting the ADV packet on channel 38 and receiving the CONN_IND packet on channel 38, the device advertises on channel 39 then hangs. They have seen this happen mostly on channel 38, occasionally on channel 37 but never on channel 39.
