Workaround:
Instead of pragma CODE_ALIGN, use attribute aligned (Note: due to CODEGEN-8538 [q.v.], attribute aligned is not implemented for functions until ARM 18.12.8.LTS and ARM 20.2.5.LTS.)

The ARM compiler manual incorrectly claims that pragma CODE_ALIGN is supported. It is not.
