      CCS Help for some SimpleLink SDKs are broken:

      The issue appears to be due to a missing end-tag in the xml file:

      org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 169; columnNumber: 3; The element type "br" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</br>".

      The ones affected are:
      -SimpleLink CC13x2 26x2 SDK
      -SimpleLink MSP432E4

      Looks like it is the newer SDKs with the issue.
