Variables view shows addresses for local variables (out of range) before stack frame is ready

This can be seen on CC32xx examples. When halted at main there will be local variables listed in the variables view. Their value will shows as "memory map prevented access". The address for the variable is invalid in that it is outside of valid memory range.

The belief is that this is happening as the stack frame is not ready yet. If you step a couple of times everything is fine.
