Need a CLI way to determine the related COM ports for all XDS110 probes connected to PC using the serial number

      There is a request to have a way to get the associated COM ports for an XDS110 probe by referencing the serial number from CLI. This needs to work in cases where there are multiple XDS110 probes connected.

      The "detect-devices.bat" UniFlash script comes close. But it does not display all the COM ports in a multi-probe environment.
