A reduced number of linker scripts are now provided in <SDK_INSTALL_DIR>/source/ti/boards/.

Currently, linker scripts are provided in <SDK_INSTALL_DIR>/source/ti/boards/<BOARD> and duplicated for targets with identical memory maps.

Add new directories into 'source/ti/boards/'
- cc13x2_cc26x2/
- cc32xx/
- msp432e4/
Each of these directories will contain a common set of linker scripts.
