Remove legacy driver configuration files from source/ti/boards

    • Legacy driver configuration files have been removed. All driver configuration should now be done through the SysConfig tool.

      The <SDK_INSTALL_DIR>/source/ti/boards directory formerly contained driver configuration files in respective folders named after the LaunchPad or EVM name. These files include:

      Board.h
      <BOARD_NAME>.c
      <BOARD_NAME>.h
      In addition, the empty_legacy example has also been removed.
