 Description   

The Mobile device Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ running the nRF Connect application ver.4.24.1 - supporting BLE5
The DUT running the simple_central is not able to find advertising of the Galaxy Note10+ when the mobile device configured to connectable Ext ADV.
The problem does not occur when the mobile device sending legacy ADV.
Note: the same issue occurs with cc2640R2.

To reproduce:
1.Flash the simple_central_public_addr (or simple_central) to the DUT
2.On the Mobile device run the nRF Connect application and configure to advertise connectable Ext ADV (Advertiser tab)
3.Using two button menu on the DUT run Discover Devices (press several times)
Problem: the terminal shows 0 devices found.
Note: the previous nRF Connect application supplied only Legacy ADV.
