Description |
The end user is currently expected to separately download FreeRTOS and specify its location in their IDE. This feature includes shipping the FreeRTOS source files in the source/third_party/freertos folder. SysConfig understands automatically how to find and import them. This means that the old FREERTOS_INSTALL_DIR define is no longer required and will be ignored if set. A different version of FreeRTOS can still be used by setting a relative path to its source files via SysConfig. |
